| At present,the amount of scrap of mechanical and electrical products in my country is increasing,which causes a waste of resources and also brings great pressure to the environment.If the waste products can be effectively recycled,not only can resources be saved,but also environmental hazards can be effectively avoided.In order to promote the recycling of waste products,sustainable development and remanufacturing engineering came into being.As the first step in the remanufacturing process,disassembly is also a key link to ensure that the subsequent process of remanufacturing is carried out efficiently.As far as disassembly is concerned,on the one hand,the disassembly performance of the product itself determines the difficulty of disassembling the entire product,which is the most critical feature to achieve product disassembly.On the other hand,the efficient disassembly process directly affects the effectiveness of the subsequent process of product remanufacturing.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the disassembly performance of the product and the design method of dismantling equipment.This paper proposes a product disassembly analysis method based on polychromatic sets and a part disassembly analysis method based on fuzzy neural network,which has certain guiding significance for the design of parts disassembly.At the same time,a systematic design method of dismantling equipment is proposed to guide the design of special dismantling equipment,improve the automation level of product disassembly,and improve disassembly efficiency.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Propose a product disassembly analysis method based on polychromatic sets.Systematically analyze the disassembly elements in the product life cycle,divide them into parts,disassembly,and evaluation,build a multi-level disassembly information transmission chain model,and establish a hierarchical disassembly information transmission multi-color model based on the multi-color set theory.Use multicolor reasoning technology to solve the disassembly process of the product,and evaluate the disassembly of the product.2.A method for analyzing the disassembly of parts based on fuzzy neural network is proposed.Study the influence of the part design features and damage characteristics of the used mechanical and electrical products on the disassembly performance of the parts.According to the uncertain and fuzzy characteristics of the part characteristics,the disassembly time is used as the evaluation index,the part characteristics are the input,and the disassembly time is the output construction.Fuzzy neural network to quantitatively evaluate the disassembly of parts.3.The conceptual design method of dismantling equipment for waste products is proposed.Combining the general process of mechanical product design,modeling the various design domains of the dismantling equipment,and establishing the mapping and solving rules between the design domains,using the principle of functional surface reconstruction to solve the execution structure of the dismantling equipment;and proposing an automata-based The solution method of disassembly transmission scheme has established the conceptual design process of dismantling equipment.4.Taking the disassembly of a bicycle flywheel as an example,the automatic dismantling equipment is designed to verify the effectiveness of the conceptual design method of the proposed dismantling equipment. |
