The disassembly of products is an important part of remanufacturing engineering.The efficient dismantling process is conducive to improving the remanufacturing ability and recycling efficiency of end-of-life(EOL)products.However,the level of dismantling automation for EOL mechanical and electrical products is low and the dismantling efficiency is poor at present.There is a lack of systematic design theory and method of special dismantling equipment to guide the design of special dismantling equipment.Aiming at the weakness of dismantling research,the design method of dismantling equipment for mechanical and electrical products based on function-structure mapping principle was researched in this paper.The main work is as follows:(1)The dismantling information and constraints were analyzed and extracted for the dismantling process.The model of dismantling information was enriched.A comprehensive evaluation indicator of disassembly sequence was established.The mathematical model of disassembly sequence planning was constructed based on disassembly hybrid graph model.(2)The disassembly sequence planning approach considering product fault features was proposed.The fault features of product were summarized and analyzed.The influence model of product fault features on the variables of disassembly hybrid graph model was established.And the fault disassembly hybrid graph model was constructed.The product disassembly sequence was planned by combining with genetic algorithm.A case study of turbine reducer demonstrated that the proposed method was more practical and effective finally.(3)The design method of dismantling equipment based on function-structure mapping principle was proposed.The models of user domain,function domain,behavior domain and structure domain for the dismantling equipment design process were constructed according to the dismantling information and constraints based on function-structure mapping principle.The mapping relationships and model of design domains for dismantling equipment were established.The restraint matrix of structural reconfiguration to dismantling equipment was obtained and the principle and process of disassembly equipment structural reconfiguration were described.(4)The dismantling equipment of keyboard was designed by using the design method of dismantling equipment based on function-structure mapping principle.The dismantling information and constraints of keyboard were extracted.The dismantling equipment design process for keyboard was constructed using the proposed method.The requirement-function-behavior-structure mapping process of dismantling equipment for keyboard was realized and the restraint matrix of dismantling equipment structural reconfiguration for keyboard was obtained.The design of dismantling equipment for keyboard was completed based on the principle of structural reconstruction and the effectiveness of the proposed method was proved.
