Research On X Project Engineering Change Management

With the development of society,the scale of engineering projects is increasing,the cost of the project is getting higher and higher,the probability of engineering change is also increasing,and the impact of engineering change is getting bigger and bigger.In recent years,many scholars attach great importance to engineering change and study the engineering change management method to control the impact of engineering change.This paper,taking X project as the research object,carries out the research from the aspects of engineering change management,such as the causes of engineering change,the impact and the engineering change management methods,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Theoretically,this paper provides a theoretical basis for engineering change management research;In the practical sense,for X project,the basic situation of the project is understood,the possible causes of changes are discovered,and an all-round engineering change management method based on the whole process and different participants is developed,hoping to reduce the occurrence of engineering changes and control the impact of engineering changes.At the same time,it also provides a reference for other engineering change management.In this paper,in accordance with the "found the problem-analysis problem-problem solving",through the literature research,expert interview method,questionnaire investigation and case analysis,through reading literature,find causes,influence and the measures for the management of engineering change,to understand the current situation of engineering change management research,through expert interview and questionnaire survey,understand the project basic situation of project X,find out the cause of the X project engineering changes may occur and the stage,put forward the whole process of engineering change management approach,in each project construction process,according to different focus,integrated management of engineering change.At the same time,a project change management method based on different participants is proposed,which is jointly participated by the construction unit,construction unit,supervision unit,design unit and cost consulting unit to form a comprehensive project change management method.The whole process of engineering change management and engineering change management,combining different cooperated-builing parties at all stages of engineering construction,comprehensive opinions of different contractors,the professional advantages of using different cooperated-builing parties,from the source to reduce engineering change may be happened in the process of change control,engineering settlement end of audit,the engineering change data audit to control once again,to realize beforehand control of engineering change,matter control and afterwards control,reduce the bad influence of engineering change in engineering,project cost,construction period and quality goals.
