| Water conservancy project construction "one hundred years plan,quality first",engineering quality management is the core of water conservancy project construction management.Construction quality is the key to the formation of engineering quality,and the scientific and reasonable evaluation of construction quality is an important link to control the formation of engineering quality.In view of the problems existing in the current construction quality assessment methods of water conservancy and hydropower projects,this paper studies the improvement of the construction quality assessment method,construction quality incentive and system development.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed study on the construction quality evaluation standards and actual evaluation results of the current water conservancy and hydropower projects.In view of the current construction quality assessment is only divided into two grades:qualified and excellent,and the quality level payment standard between qualified and excellent is the same,which leads to the problem of insufficient enthusiasm for construction companies to improve construction quality,continuous quantitative evaluation and incentives for construction quality are proposed Improvement ideas.The linear model is used to quantitatively evaluate the construction quality grade of water conservancy and hydropower project from the most basic unit(process)project,and to continuously quantify the construction quality of the project step by step according to the project classification,so as to obtain the quality grade score of the project and make the quality evaluation result more clear.Taking the construction quality evaluation of common concrete unit project in a reservoir dam project as an example,the accuracy and feasibility of the model are verified.On this basis,a continuous incentive method for construction quality based on quality evaluation score is proposed,and a quality incentive model based on contract base price is established.It can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the construction unit to improve the construction quality,and can be used as the reference basis for price adjustment of the price-adjustable construction contract.Finally,using Python program language as the development tool,according to the above improved construction quality quantitative assessment and incentive model method,a water conservancy and hydropower construction quality assessment and incentive software system is designed and developed.The system can simplify and standardize the complicated,repetitive and tedious calculation work in the process of water conservancy and hydropower construction quality assessment.Thus,it can greatly improve the level and efficiency of the construction quality evaluation of water conservancy and hydropower projects,and ensure the synchronization of the construction quality evaluation and the construction process.It is conducive to real-time assessment and control of construction quality,and is conducive to the informatization and scientificization of construction quality management of water conservancy and hydropower projects. |
