Research On Incentive Mechanism Of General Contractor Based On Construction Quality Performance Evaluation Of Public Building Products

With the faste development of our GDP and the provement of people's living quality,besides,our country is currently carrying out urbanization construction.A large number of rural people have transported to cities,so the demand for public building products is growing fastlty.However,the construction quality of public building products is still various,and there are some serious problems.This article takes the construction quality of public building products as the research object.The research on the performance evaluation system of the general contractor based on the evaluation system research and construction quality is carried out.On this basis,the general contractor's demand and research incentive mechanism are analyzed.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The research is on construction quality evaluation system.After consulting relevant data and normative documents,according to the expert's analysis and argumentation,the construction quality evaluation model of the three-level hierarchical structure was determined.According to the analytic hierarchy process,after determining the weights of each evaluation index,the calculation results were based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Establish an evaluation model.(2)And also this research is on the performance evaluation system of general contractor based on construction quality.Performance appraisal generally includes three aspects of performance,ability and attitude.In terms of project construction quality,the ability and attitude of the general contractor is also an important factor affecting the quality of construction.In this paper,the construction quality is combined with performance,ability and attitude.Through designing the whole contractors performance KPI scale in the construction quality of public building products,the performance evaluation system of the general contractor based on construction quality is constructed to further study the incentive mechanism of the general contractor.(3)Based on ERG theory,it is on incentive mechanism of general contractor.The ERG theory shows that there should be reasonable and effective incentives for the three aspects of survival,relationship and growth.The three aspects need to influence each other and there is no certain hierarchical relationship.Based on this theory,this paper conducts the analysis of the general contractor's needs,and gives different kinds of rewards according to the performance evaluation results,in order to achieve the further improvement of the construction quality of public building products on the basis of the incentives of the general contractor.The research on construction quality evaluation system provides a unified management and evaluation model for describing the construction quality level of engineering projects.Reasonable and effective incentive measures can promote the communication between the owner and the general contractor,and help to form a cooperative mechanism with balanced interests and reasonable risks.It is also helpful to achieve overall quality management goals.
