With the development of science and technology,users’ individualized requirements for products are increasing day by day.The mass flow operation of traditional manufacturing industry has been unable to meet people’s requirements for individualized products in this era.In order to adapt to user needs and enterprise development,For multi-variety,small-batch products,the comprehensive scheduling of processing and assembly together has become a new topic of scheduling research.Aiming at the existing comprehensive scheduling research that rarely considers equipment loss during equipment processing,and ignores the actual demand for equipment maintenance,a comprehensive scheduling algorithm for pre-maintenance that considers equipment status is proposed.From the perspective of the actual health of the equipment,the algorithm calculates the health loss of the equipment according to the relationship between the equipment loss and time,and arranges maintenance activities before the health value of the equipment is lower than the maintenance threshold.If the current health value of the equipment cannot complete the processing of the next process,start the pre-maintenance activity,and calculate the required health value increment and maintenance time according to the under-processed process loss strategy,If the current increase in the health value of the equipment is sufficient to support multiple continuous processes to complete processing without making the equipment health value lower than the maintenance threshold,then the maintenance is over.This method allows the maintenance activities to be interspersed between the processing activities.Make equipment processing activities and maintenance activities as compact as possible,effectively reducing the impact of over-maintenance or over-maintenance on the entire processing scheduling,and optimizing the results of comprehensive scheduling.The example shows that the algorithm proposed in this paper solves the problem of comprehensive scheduling of pre-maintenance considering the state of equipment,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.In view of the comprehensive scheduling problem of pre-maintenance of flexible equipment,the characteristic of flexible equipment is that there are more choices of processing equipment in the process,but the time cost may not be the same.This chapter considers the pre-maintenance of flexible equipment.In view of the possible conflicts between equipment maintenance activities and process processing activities,this chapter proposes the adjustment strategy for under-processing processes,and selects other equipment for the process to make the processing time the shortest for processing.However,some processes may have the same processing time on multiple equipment.This chapter proposes an early processing and low maintenance strategy,and selects the equipment that can make the earliest processing time.If the start processing time of multiple equipment in the process is still the same,choose equipment with a higher health value and less maintenance required to reduce the impact of maintenance activities on process processing activities and reduce the total completion time of the product.Finally,through comparison of examples,it is concluded that this algorithm minimizes the total processing time of the product and minimizes the number of equipment maintenance,which proves the superiority and practical value of the algorithm.In view of the comprehensive scheduling problem of pre-maintenance of flexible equipment with interruptible processes,due to the long processing time of a certain process in the product,an interruptible process that cannot be completely processed in a maintenance cycle,Its processing time is long and has a greater impact on other processes on the same equipment.This chapter proposes a conflict adjustment strategy.If there is an interruptible process in the processing process on the same equipment,try to choose other processing equipment for this process.In order to shorten the processing time of the entire product,this article also proposes a completion strategy this morning,and selects the equipment with the shortest completion time for the general process.The idle maintenance strategy proposed in this chapter is to reduce equipment idle time,If there is idle time between the immediately preceding process of a process and the previous process of the same equipment,and the equipment health value is not full,maintenance activities will be carried out during this idle time to make the processing activities and maintenance activities of the equipment as compact as possible.This paper studies and analyzes the comprehensive scheduling problem of flexible equipment pre-maintenance,and proposes a pre-maintenance comprehensive scheduling algorithm based on equipment status and a pre-maintenance comprehensive scheduling algorithm considering flexible equipment,Pre-maintenance comprehensive scheduling algorithm for flexible equipment with interruptible processes.The example shows that the algorithm proposed in this paper solves the comprehensive scheduling problem related to the preventive maintenance of flexible equipment,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
