| In recent years,national industry authorities and various provinces and cities have issued a series of policy documents to strongly promote the promotion and application of BIM.Under the background of the highly valued industry,the contract model supporting BIM lags behind,which has led BIM to become a formal tool for meeting project bidding,creating excellent awards,project observation,and owner inspection in many projects,which has caused obstacles to the combination of BIM and general contracting.Therefore,it is necessary to modify and adjust the contract terms.Based on the perspective of the owner,this article studies the BIM application measurement,billing,and payment terms in the general contracting project,aiming to stimulate the application effect of BIM and strengthen the application practice of BIM in the general contracting of the project.In this paper,based on the actual problems,CiteSpace V was used for visual analysis of literature metrology to clarify the research status and the degree of solving related problems,and scientific research paths and solutions were proposed.Secondly,from the definition of BIM,through literature review from the technical,process and contract three dimensions are established for BIM application-level evaluation model of the process,to expand the scope of the evaluation results of measurement adjustment,improve the limitations of the measurement results of single BIM application and the learning curve is used to determine the quantitative index of hierarchies,formation evaluation index data "to collect,input,processing,output"closed-loop process,provide the basis for the application of BIM measurement terms of incentive design.Based on clear standards of measurement,based on the principal-agent theory to build complete and BIM application incentive model under incomplete information,and to expand into the evaluation results and considering multi-objective incentive model of a working relationship,analyzes the related parameter change on the influence degree of the expected return,determines the Pareto optimality of the optimal incentive coefficient.Finally,through case analysis,the established mathematical model,process design,and clause design are applied to actual projects and compared with contracts in Taiwan and Shanghai to verify the feasibility and practicability of the BIM application measurement,billing,and payment incentive measures design proposed in this paper.The design of incentive contract measures proposed in this paper is a beneficial attempt based on the construction of mathematical models and contract theory analysis,which is conducive to providing good contract conditions for the integration of engineering general contracting and BIM,and effectively exerting the advantages of BIM application. |
