| The traditional air conditioning knowledge teaching work mainly relies on classroom book teaching and practical training.The traditional teaching methods have the disadvantages of low learning efficiency and high requirements for teaching venues.When the refrigeration unit fails,the maintenance personnel cannot check the system failure in time,and the indoor air quality cannot meet the design requirements.If the indoor air quality does not meet the requirements,it will affect the living comfort of residents,which will hinder the development of safe production tasks in laboratories,clean operating rooms and other places.Therefore,exploring an efficient air conditioning maintenance personnel training mode is an urgent problem to be solved in the current air conditioning field.In order to improve the status quo of traditional air conditioning system maintenance teaching,this paper develops a water-cooled screw refrigeration unit virtual maintenance training system for water-cooled screw type typical refrigeration unit.This paper takes the drawings of water-cooled screw refrigeration unit manufacturers as the blueprint,and establishes the water-cooled screw refrigeration unit and the parts model of the HVAC equipment such as fan coil and cooling tower in 3ds Max software.The modular grouping theory is used to rationally plan the disassembly of equipment parts.Installation sequence;use Unity engine animation system to make disassembly animation;use Unity engine to design 3D virtual scene and flat canvas environment;write script code in C#language to realize maintenance functions such as movement,disassembly check and installation of virtual characters;The various components in the call are invoked and dominated,and the special effects of the refrigeration unit accident simulation and other functions of the virtual scene are realized;the multi-level detail technology is used to optimize the model display effect.The system has designed a simple and easy to understand user interface,and developed two scene roaming modes,desktop and head-mounted display.The virtual maintenance system has designed five functional modules:unit maintenance training,central air conditioning scene roaming,unit equipment introduction,unit failure introduction,unit maintenance demonstration.In the five functional modules of the system,students can carry out knowledge learning and maintenance training for water-cooled screw refrigeration units that are more effective than traditional teaching.This paper realizes the application of virtual maintenance technology in the field of refrigeration unit maintenance.Compared with the virtual maintenance system in other fields,the innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)the disassembly control method adopts the method of programming combined with unity animation system;(2)the detail level technology is used to optimize the display effect of model parts;(3)the immersion mode based on head mounted display is added to the system;(4)the function improvement system such as small map and equipment information display is added to the system Integrated.This system not only improves the problem of long development cycle and difficulty of virtual maintenance system,but also solves the problem of low efficiency of traditional book teaching and high cost of practical training course teaching.The successful development of the system provides effective guidance for the application of virtual maintenance technology in other types of refrigeration units and even the research of a complete set of HVAC virtual maintenance system. |
