| With the continuous growth of urban population and the rapid development of social economy,urban car ownership is also increasing year by year,and the time and scope of urban traffic congestion is growing,which has brought serious negative impact on Residents’ travel,environmental improvement and urban development.Simple road mileage growth can not meet the needs of urban traffic development.Under the condition of limited road resources,how to accurately and comprehensively feed back road traffic congestion information to provide reference for improving residents’ travel efficiency and formulating targeted congestion mitigation measures is an urgent need to effectively alleviate urban road traffic congestion.Combined with the research status of traffic congestion at home and abroad,this paper analyzes traffic congestion from two aspects of congestion state and congestion trend,constructs the indicator system of traffic congestion situation representation,and proposes a comprehensive representation method integrating congestion situation to intuitively and comprehensively characterize traffic congestion,so as to provide a theoretical basis for residents’ travel and congestion management.This paper redefines the connotation of traffic congestion situation from two aspects of congestion state and congestion trend,and analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics of congestion state and congestion trend based on traffic flow theory.On this basis,starting from the traffic congestion situation representation service group,this paper constructs a traffic congestion situation representation index system at three levels:Micro(analysis unit),meso(travel path)and macro(regional road network).C.ombining the index source and the expression elements of the original index,the physical meaning and quantitative expression of the index are determined.Based on the purpose of characterization,the comparison criteria of indicators are set,and the Delphi method is used to screen three levels of congestion state and congestion trend characterization index system.The critical-topsis method is used to calculate the traffic congestion index(TCI)to comprehensively characterize the traffic congestion status of a certain level.The time series three-dimensional data table is established,and the congestion evolution trend index(ETI)is calculated based on the maxmum entropy model to comprehensively represent the traffic congestion trend at a certain level.Taking TCI as the first element of the array and ETI as the second element of the array,the congestion array is established in the form of two-dimensional array arranged by rows to comprehensively represent the traffic congestion situation at a certain level,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively depicting traffic congestion from multiple perspectives and meet the diverse needs of traffic participants and decision makers.This paper defines the connotation of traffic congestion situation,reveals the temporal and spatial characteristics and logical relationship of traffic congestion situation combined with traffic flow theory,and constructs three levels of traffic congestion situation representation index system based on the application scenarios of representation index system,namely micro(analysis unit),meso(travel path)and macro(regional road network).The characterization methods of congestion state and congestion trend are determined respectively,and the comprehensive representation method of traffic congestion situation is proposed.Combined with the road traffic congestion data of Harbin,the case analysis is carried out. |
