Research On Servitization Mechanism Of China’s High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under GVC

As the core part of the equipment manufacturing industry,high-end equipment manufacturing industry undertakes the important task of providing work "mother machine" for all sectors of the national economy and driving the development of related industries.It is the heart of the industry and the lifeline of the national economy,as well as the core strength to enhance the comprehensive strength of the country.From the perspective of the current development status of C hina’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry,some high-end equipment manufacturing industries such as 5G and high-speed rail have taken the leading position in the world.However,under the background of global value chain,most of C hina’s high-end equipment manufacturing industries are still in the intermediate link under the world division of labor system,with low international competitiveness.To improve the overall competitiveness of C hina’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry,especially to climb the global value chain of C hina’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry,has become a key issue of national concern.The servitization undoubtedly provides an effective way for China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry to get rid of the "low-end lock" of global value chain and improve the overall competitiveness of the industry.Based on the definition of relevant concepts,this paper analyzes the elements,structure,functions and objectives of the servitization system,and reveals that the servitization system has the characteristics of d issipative structure.Based on the theory of dissipative structure and the connotation of servitization mechanism,a research framework of servitization mechanism including the motivation,process,influencing factors and effects of high-end equipment manufacturing servitization was established.The factors driving the servitization development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry are analyzed from the inside and outside of enterprises,and the driving mechanism of servitization drivers is revealed.By measuring the driving strength of servitization drivers,the key factors driving the servitization development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in C hina are clarified.High-end equipment manufacturing industry in our country process is mainly divided into products and services additional phase of service and service of high-end equipment manufacturing,product + service stage stage,through the analysis of each stage to reveal the factors influencing the transformation of service,build the transformation factors of service evaluation system,at the same time to measure levels of service high-end equipment manufacturing industry in our country,reveals the high-end equipment manufacturing industry the industry segment and level of service of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the region and then through the empirical model reveals the influence of the influence factors of service direction and impact strength,considering the heterogeneity of the enterprise,The result of sub-industry inspection is basically consistent with that of the overall sample inspection.From a macro perspective,industry,enterprise perspective respectively analyses the effect of service high-end equipment manufacturing industry,on this basis,the high-end equipment manufacturing and services,anti-fuzzy effect evaluation index to carry on the choice,with the combination of qualitative and quantitative method constructs the comprehensive evaluation of effect of service system,and the effect of service in 30 regions in C hina are analyzed in measure.Finally,based on the research of servitization mechanism,this paper proposes the servitization strategy of high-end equipment manufacturing industry from the perspectives of macro,industry and enterprises,in order to provide beneficial enlightenment for the servitization transformation of C hina’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
