While the development of real estate in China is slowing down,the development of domestic tourism is going against the trend,which makes it become a hot spot of investment.Hotel investors are concerned about the opening time of the hotel,therefore,there is a high demand for the operation and management of the project construction.At present,in the traditional construction project,in the project progress and the construction progress management,still has the very big insufficiency.If only by forcing the time to improve the construction schedule,we can not improve the efficiency of project management,also can not form its core competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to select a scientific project schedule management method,to adjust and optimize the decoration project schedule,effectively improve the use of resources and construction efficiency,shorten the construction period,thus enhance the company’s market competitiveness.In this paper,the H Hotel Interior Decoration project construction progress management as the research object,through the H Hotel Interior Decoration Project BASIC survey and construction progress impact factor analysis,this paper focuses on the H hotel interior decoration project in the process of decoration construction process of the factors affecting the progress of research.After knowing the construction conditions and schedule influencing factors of H hotel interior decoration project,the WBS work decomposition method is used to decompose the hotel decoration process in H Hotel Interior Decoration project,the main activity duration was analyzed and the initial schedule of the project was obtained.In the process of optimizing the schedule plan,based on the project content already implemented,the problems existing in the project schedule management are found out and the causes are analyzed.In the process of schedule optimization,critical path method and critical chain technology are used to create a buffer on the critical chain,on the basis of which the distributed security time is reconfigured,the original project schedule was optimized and adjusted so as to shorten the project duration.The work focus and preventive measures were adjusted,and the resources,technology,funds and emergency measures were put forward to achieve the effect of schedule optimization.At the same time,the construction of the project to carry out real-time monitoring and monitoring methods,if there is a deviation between the construction schedule and the plan,or the buffer consumption of large problems,it is necessary to adjust and remedy the schedule error in time to ensure that the project can be completed on time according to the optimized plan.Through the analysis of the practical effect,it can be concluded that the application of the key chain technology is feasible and effective in the optimization of the H Hotel Interior Decoration Project Schedule Management,and the project time limit can also be successfully achieved.To provide reference and experience for the construction of other similar project schedule management,is conducive to enhance the core competitiveness and economic benefits.
