Research On The Environment Design Of Rural Retirement Home Based On The Evidence-based Design Concept

With the acceleration of aging process in China,the development of pension industry has risen to the level of national strategy,and the aging of population has also become a social problem concerned by the whole society.Environmental construction of rural nursing homes is an important aspect of improving the quality of life of the elderly population,and is also an important embodiment of social progress and development.The introduction of evidence-based methods to effectively guide the environmental construction of rural nursing homes.Accordingly,at the beginning of the search for evidence,select the first two typical representative of liaocheng city rural homes as an important area,this research through the questionnaire investigation,field reconnaissance and instant research methods such as interview communication,collected the information such as the elderly user behavior and actual demand data,through the analysis of data,study the effects of ground demand to the elderly,Based on the use preference and environmental demands of the elderly group,innovative design methods are sought.This article first to the domestic and international evidence-based design concept under the guidance of rural nursing home environment design review and summarize the present situation and related concepts,from the methods of evidence-based two subject research in the field of medicine and architecture guide,in order to best practice evidence as the research method,has been clear about the this article about rural environment design of evidence-based nursing home architecture,the design innovation points.Secondly,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the evidence-based design of rural nursing homes.In combination with an example--the environmental design of Liangshui Town Nursing Center in Liaocheng,the paper seeks for the convergence point between evidence-based design and the environmental design of rural nursing homes.In the evidence application stage,the paper provides the best evidence guidance based on the above results.It elaborates on the four aspects of paying attention to the naturalness of the environment,improving the functionality of the environment space,conforming to the regionality of the architectural form and optimizing the service of the detailed facilities.Finally,through the evidence-based design concept through the rural nursing home environment design,to make the elderly in the rural nursing home life more comfortable,to build conducive to the elderly’s physical and mental health development of rural nursing home environment design to provide some reference value.
