| Since China entered the aging society, the number of the elders continues to increase, the elderly problem has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Due to the influence of the family planning policy, the "4-2-1" and "8-4-2-1" family structure has developed rapidly, the traditional family care model has been weakened, and institutional pension has become an important part of the pension service system. On the other hand, people spend most of their day indoors. For older adults, they rely more on indoors. The quality of the indoor environment directly affects the health and comfort of the elders. In addition, with the continuous improvement of living standards and the decline of physical function of the elders, the elders have the increasing requirements for indoor environment quality,so the indoor environment quality of nursing homes has become an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of the elders. Therefore, how to effectively improve the indoor environment quality of nursing homes has become an important issue of close attention to the society, and the first thing to improve the indoor environment quality of nursing homes is to carry out accurate measurement and scientific evaluation. In this paper, the Wireless Sensor Network technology was used to monitor and collect the indoor environmental parameters of a nursing home in Hefei in real time, and the questionnaire survey was carried out at the same time to fully understand the comfort level of the indoor thermal environment, light environment, sound environment and indoor air quality of the nursing home.In addition, the logistic regression algorithm in machine learning is used to establish an evaluation model for the acceptance of the overall indoor environment quality by the elders in nursing homes.Four aspects including thermal, light, sound environment and indoor air quality were selected to evaluate the acceptance of the overall indoor environment quality. At the same time, the influence of objective methods and subjective methods on the overall indoor environment quality acceptance model were compared and analyzed in two cases, which were based on the questionnaire sample data set and the measured sample data set.The main conclusions drawn through the questionnaire survey and model analysis are as follows:(1)The compliance rate of indoor environmental parameters in the nursing homes is generally low,and the satisfaction of the elders with the overall indoor environment quality is not ideal.(2)Through the comparison of the analysis of the measured environmental parameters and the analysis of the subjective questionnaire results,it is found that the analysis results of an objective measurement for an indoor environmental parameter may be inconsistent with the subjective survey results.(3)Four fitting formulas of temperature satisfaction, humidity satisfaction, air quality satisfaction and acoustic environment satisfaction were put forward through fitting analysis of environmental parameters; In addition, the degree of fit between the satisfaction of the elders with light environment and the illumination intensity is poor.(4)According to the analysis of the overall indoor environmental quality assessment model,it can be known that for the elders, the temperature is the most important factor to the acceptance of indoor environment quality, followed by the noise level, and illumination is the least important factor. This paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to establish the overall indoor environmental quality acceptance evaluation model of nursing homes, which lays the foundation for creating a healthy, comfortable, aging, and personalized indoor environment, and provides guidance for the design and operation decisions of the nursing homes,it is expected to improve the indoor environment quality, thereby promoting the sustainable development of institutional elderly care. |
