In the critical period of social and economic transformation,the domestic construction industry is facing very serious challenges.On the one hand,because the construction industry occupies a pillar industry position in the development of the national economy,in order to ensure the stable development of the industry,the government uses macro-control measures to deal with The development direction of the industry is adjusted;on the other hand,the standards and requirements of the majority of owners for buildings are constantly strengthened,which increases the work pressure in the entire construction field.In this environment,some problems in construction projects have also attracted extensive attention from all walks of life in society,among which design quality issues have caused particular attention.From the overall perspective of the entire construction project,the design link occupies a very important position,which has a profound impact on the development of related work in the subsequent stage.If the quality control is not in place in the design link,it is likely to lead to The normal construction schedule and construction planning are unnecessarily disturbed,and even rework may occur,which requires enterprises to pay high attention to the quality management of construction engineering design.At present,many companies in the construction industry have introduced BIM models in the design quality management work in order to enhance the visual effect of the design scheme.However,in the specific application process,the expected effect has not been achieved.On the contrary,it has caused frequent problems.Optimization of the company’s construction engineering design quality management has become a key issue that many construction companies cannot avoid.Based on this,this article explores the optimization of A company’s construction engineering design quality management.First,the introduction,including research background,purpose and meaning,ideas,methods,etc.,clarifies the necessity and practical value of this study.Secondly,the literature review and theoretical basis,sort out the research progress at home and abroad,grasp the research dynamics,and introduce related theoretical concepts such as design quality management,BIM and the full life cycle of the building,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for the thesis.Thirdly,it analyzes the application of BIM in construction project design quality management,and sorts out the application process of BIM from the aspects of BIM software application,cloud workbench,collaborative work platform,parameter design,engineering information application and integrated management.Subsequently,the analysis of the design quality management case of company A found that the company introduced the BIM model in the design quality management work,but the application was not in place,so the design quality management problem still exists,mainly reflected in the imperfect software system and design The standards are not perfect,the data security is not guaranteed,the design coordination is insufficient,and the design process is not in place.Finally,research on the optimization of the design quality management of the construction project of company A,and put forward suggestions from the perspective of the BIM model,that it is necessary to strengthen data security,optimize the design collaboration process and design process,strengthen the design staff quality management training,real-time monitoring With information feedback.
