Study On The Optimization Of Local Muck Truck Transportation In Xi’an City

Urban muck truck transportation scheduling is an important research problem.How to reasonably plan the transportation route of muck truck scheduling and reduce the transportation cost and transportation risk of transportation enterprises has important theoretical and practical value.This paper takes the Chang’ an and Yan ta districts in partial areas of Xi’an as examples.First,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of muck truck transportation scheduling,and further considers that the minimum total scheduling cost(transportation cost+vehicle idle cost)and the minimum transportation risk are double The goal is to establish a model to solve the problem,give a scheme for the optimization of muck truck transportation scheduling in the two regions,and compare it with the scheme before optimization,to provide a decision-making basis for muck truck scheduling.The main innovative results of the thesis are as follows.Analysis of the status quo of muck truck transportation dispatching in some areas of Xi’an.Analyze the current situation of muck truck transportation dispatch in Chang’an and Yan ta districts,and summarize the existing problems.There is no sharing of information between the muck truck transportation companies in and between Chang’ an and Yan ta districts,and they only undertake the muck transportation tasks for their own companies and the region,which causes muck transportation companies to seek distance and increase transportation costs;When there are few tasks,there will be vehicle idle costs.When there are many transportation tasks,companies will have insufficient vehicles,resulting in traffic accident losses such as overloading and overspeeding of muck trucks,which will lead to transportation risks.These existing problems not only bring pecuniary losses to muck transportation enterprises,but also bring engender latent dangers to urban road safety.Optimization of muck truck transportation scheduling in local areas of Xi’an.In view of the problems in the transportation and scheduling of muck trucks in local areas of Xi’an,the construction sites,car yards and consumption yards in Chang’ an and Yan ta districts were included in the same network,and the transportation cost of muck trucks and the transportation of muck trucks for each road section were considered.Risk,with the goal of minimizing the total cost of dispatch(transportation cost and vehicle idle cost)and minimizing transportation risk,a dual-objective model of muck truck transportation scheduling is established,and an algorithm is designed to solve the model.In the same example,the paper provides that the muck truck transportation scheduling program is superior to the existing program,which reduces the scheduling cost and transportation risk.The research results of this paper can provide decision basis and solution for urban muck truck transportation scheduling.
