Research On The International Competitiveness And Promotion Of China’s High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under The Division Of Global Value Chain

With the deep development of economic globalization,the situation of international division of labor has changed greatly,from the traditional division of labor among industries to the value chain division of labor.The traditional division of labor is based on comparative advantage.The new division of labor runs between different products,different links of the same product and different value chain links,and these value creation links are scattered in different countries and regions around the world,thus forming the global value chain division.This new form of international division of labor brings unprecedented opportunities for developing countries and regions to integrate into the global value chain division system and enhance the international competitiveness of industries in this system.Since the reform and opening up 42 years ago,China’s manufacturing industry has expanded rapidly and has become the world’s largest manufacturing country.The output of hundreds of major industrial products is among the highest in the world.China-made 2025(Guofa [2015]28)was officially released by the State Council on May 19,2015.The high-end equipment manufacturing industry,which plays an important role in the comprehensive competitiveness of the whole industrial chain,is the engine of modern industry,the solid pillar of modern industrial system and the motive force to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.High-end equipment manufacturing industry has occupied an unshakable position in the whole national economy,can significantly enhance the core competitiveness of a country or region,and has become a necessary place for each country and region,Promoting the position of global value chain and promoting the prosperity and development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the key to obtain international competitive advantage.It has become a key breakthrough in the transformation of equipment manufacturing industry from big to strong.Become "made in China" to "create in China" important channel.Therefore,the development of practice requires the analysis of the international competitiveness of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of global value chain division of labor,and actively seeking strategic countermeasures to enhance its international competitiveness.It is an important subject that needs to be solved in the development of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper,reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the international competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry under the division of global value chain,and expounds the research contents,methods,innovation points and shortcomings of the paper;the second part is the theoretical basis and influence mechanism,which mainly expounds the theory of global value chain,the "smile curve" theory,the theory of international division of labor and the theory of international trade competitiveness.The influence mechanism is mainly to analyze the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry under the division of global value chain;The third part analyzes the overall development of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry under the division of global value chain,and clarifies the origin and the source distribution of the added value of the typical subdivision industries,and then analyzes the high-end equipment in China under the division of global value chain.
