Equipment manufacturing industry provides production technology and equipment for the production and reproduction of national economy.It is not only the core and development foundation of manufacturing industry,but also the backbone of national economic development.High-end equipment manufacturing industry is an advanced link in the industrial value chain of equipment manufacturing industry,which reflects the level of industrialization,modernization and international competitiveness of a country and plays a huge role in promoting scientific and technological innovation and economic development.High-end equipment manufacturing industry is an important indicator of the comprehensive strength of a country.Now the international competitiveness is the competition among high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises with high knowledge,high technology and high added value.With high levels of opening to the outside world and the rapid development of our economy,our country in the aspect of high-end equipment manufacturing industry already has a strong international competitiveness of new products and new technology,some high-end equipment in technical cooperation way,both the domestic capacity of cooperation,also have to go out with international high level of technical cooperation,but compared with the United States,Japan and other developed countries,China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the international value chain and the industrial chain of low-end level.Internationally,with the concepts of "industry 4.0" and "reindustrialization" put forward,governments all over the world attach great importance to the development of high-end manufacturing industry and actively explore the international market of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.So now the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in our country is faced with the plight of "two-way extrusion",is in the throes,enhance the international competitiveness of China’s high-end manufacturing industry is one of the important strategy is to develop,so the high level under the open strategy of high-end manufacturing industry’s international competitiveness in our country,will be conducive to improve and promote the development of high-end manufacturing in China.In this paper,the author on the basis of reading lots of literature material,using literature research,the combination of macro and micro analysis method,comparative analysis,case analysis,to understand and explore the equipment manufacturing industry present situation and the development,the problems existing in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,high level to improve international competitiveness under the open ascending countermeasures.The study of the above problems is not only of profound theoretical significance,but also of practical significance for improving the international competitiveness of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the context of high-level opening-up.
