The intelligent range bears the test task of intelligent equipment;The test of intelligent equipment confrontation requires the acquisition and transmission of the signals of various sensors in the equipment,and sometimes the necessary control is also required.This poses a severe challenge to the range communication system.In this paper,the migration of emergency hot spots,large coverage and high reliability control and other issues that may occur in the countermeasures test of clustered autonomous weapon system are studied.The main contributions are as follows:Firstly,the communication requirements in the test of cluster autonomous weapons are analyzed,and the technical indicators such as communication bandwidth,delay jitter and coverage in audio and video,pose measurement and equipment control are summarized.The applicability of communication technologies such as WiFi6 and 5G in the above scenarios is analyzed.The intelligent shooting range communication system is designed using the combination of high bandwidth communication based on WiFi6 and high reliability communication based on LoRa.Secondly,in view of the WiFi access point(AP)range of small,migration between AP need to certification lead to break the cannot achieve large coverage area such as the migration of high-speed streaming data transmission problem,design FIT AP network architecture,using wireless access controller are adopted in the AC control multiple wireless access point AP centralized authentication and resource allocation management,Seamless roaming technology combined with end-network is designed to achieve a large range of WiFi coverage in the same network in the equipment testing ground.According to the characteristics of indoor and outdoor scenes,honeycomb triangulation and linear coverage were used to design the simulation coverage of compound scenes in the shooting range,and the layout was carried out in engineering buildings according to the simulation results.In order to solve the problem of high AP load caused by multi-terminal connection in equipment cluster test,the load transfer mechanism and channel allocation algorithm in the burst hot spot region are designed to improve the overall throughput rate of the network.The experimental results verify that the coverage,delay and bandwidth of the network meet the relevant requirements.Aiming at high reliable data transmission,this paper adopts LoRa technology with strong penetration and high error correction power to develop LoRa-WiFi gateway based on embedded platform,and designs the SPI transceiver and WiFi serial port connection C language function of LoRa on STM32F407 platform.By using VC++,the receiver and receiver gateway of the monitoring center and the data receiving and analyzing software of position and pose application are designed,and the heterogeneous communication system adapted to different business requirements of the shooting range is realized.In order to realize the rapid response to the equipment information of the shooting range,the rapid discrimination and the remote debugging and configuration of various monitoring nodes,the virtual serial port,port mapping and other technologies are studied to realize the real-time business tunnel that can access the underlying data of the measurement and control nodes of the shooting range,so as to achieve the function of remote acquisition and online control of the data of each measurement and control node.Design the range test network test scheme,for the layout of network connectivity,capacity,gateway forwarding capability,real-time measurement and control business tunnel performance using professional tools such as verification test on the actual effect,experimental proof performance indicators,in line with the design for intelligent test equipment test build a relatively perfect communication system.
