| In recent years,the global energy crisis outbreak,the contradiction between supply and demand,and photovoltaic energy as one of the important new energy,has convenient,clean and many other advantages,so the countries are very optimistic about the future development prospects of new energy industry,hope that through the new energy,especially the development of photovoltaic energy industry to promote industrial transformation,alleviate energy supply and demand.It can be imagined that the change in the photovoltaic energy industry will receive all attention.Therefore,this thesis hopes to make a comprehensive evaluation of the financial performance of listed companies in the photovoltaic energy industry through scientific methods,which is conducive to improving their operation and management status Operating profit and comprehensive performance are of important value to both investors and other stakeholders.With T company as the research object,the factor analysis method is used to evaluate the financial performance of T photovoltaic company,so as to find out the existing problems and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.This thesis is mainly divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background and the research purpose and significance,the domestic and foreign research review,and puts forward the research content and research methods.The second part defines the concept of financial performance evaluation and introduces several common methods and disadvantages of financial performance evaluation.The third part introduces the basic situation of T PV company,and analyzes the industry environment in which T PV company is located.The current situation of the company’s financial performance is expounded,and its existing problems are analyzed.The fourth part introduces the factor analysis method into the financial performance evaluation system of T photovoltaic company,according to the basic principles of selecting financial indicators,and combined with the public Department of industry characteristics,with the help of statistical software SPSS23,select the most representative T pv company profitability,repayment ability,growth ability,operating ability and cash flow ability of 16 financial indicators for comprehensive analysis,at the same time in 2021 in 21 photovoltaic listed companies and photovoltaic companies in 2017 to 2021 financial data factor score for transverse and longitudinal comparison,comprehensive evaluation results.The fifth part is an in-depth analysis of the specific ability factors based on the evaluation results,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The final part is the conclusions of the study.Through research,it is found that the financial performance score of T PV company is in the middle of the comparison with the same industry,among which the profitability factor score and growth ability factor score are relatively excellent,and the cash flow factor score,operating ability factor score and solvency score are ranked lower in the industry.After summarizing the financial indicators represented by various capabilities,it is found that the main problems of T Company are: the profit margin of the main business is greatly reduced,the operating cost is too high,the accounts receivable occupy too much capital and the liquidity is poor,and the level of technology research and development needs to be improved.High operating costs will continue to affect the profit margin of T company’s products.this text According to the existing problems of T Company,several improvement suggestions are put forward,including strengthening cost management,reasonable resource allocation,effectively reducing related cost and expense;strengthening accounts receivable management,reducing risk,improving the rapid flow of capital;increasing equity financing;improving the technology research and development ability,accelerating the transformation of innovation results,and acquiring technical advantages. |
