Fragment kill warhead is one of the most commonly used weapon damage warhead,speed of exploded fragment is an important indicator of measuring fragment killer warhead,therefore in warhead explosion test,access to the fragment warhead explosion speed is of great significance,the current use of fragment velocity test system complicated field layout;In the explosion field strong electromagnetic field environment can not be effective electromagnetic shielding,resulting in data interference;The control mode of the device is single,and the state of the device cannot be monitored remotely.The triggering mode of the device is relatively single,and it can’t cope with the complex and changeable environment of the test site.In view of the shortcomings of the above test system,this paper describes a kind of field data recorder for fragment velocity measurement,which uses the through target to measure the fragment velocity,combines the upper computer and the wireless communication module to form a complete test system,which can collect and store 13 passing target signals of the projectile fragment.The device uses FPGA as the storage and control unit.NIOS kernel is developed inside FPGA to realize multiple retriggering of data,and FIFO IP core is generated inside FPGA to realize negative delay acquisition and data buffering.MCU is used as the communication control unit to realize manual control and wireless control of the device.As a storage unit,NAND FLASH uses pipelined storage structure to realize fast data storage and reading.Lora as a communication module,combined with the upper computer software to achieve ultra-long distance wireless monitoring of the test recorder.In this paper,two methods of hardware filtering and software filtering are designed to remove the interference of strong electromagnetic field.The hardware combines the optocoupler and the decoupling capacitor,and the conditioning circuit design is completed through simulation and test.The upper computer software Lab VIEW is developed.According to the analysis of electromagnetic field interference data,Butterworth filter is selected to filter the collected data.In order to ensure the successful collection of test data,four trigger modes,including optical fiber trigger,probe trigger,wireless trigger and device trigger,were designed and passed the test.Last two fragment warhead to speed test system test and contrast test data before and after the filter,and analyze the test data,test results prove that the filter design can very good filtering explosion electromagnetic field disturbance to the device,test data were compared with method of high-speed photography,prove the data test results are accurate,achieve the function test.
