Fragment scattering characteristics is an important parameter for evaluating the damage power of the warhead.How to accurately and quickly measure the fragment scattering characteristics is of great significance to the theoretical research and equipment acceptance of the warhead.At present,most of the measurement methods adopted in China are the method of setting up a steel plate target,which has low efficiency,and requires manual detection of the target after the test,and there are errors.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a fragment scattering characteristics test system with fast response capability.An array-based fragment scattering characteristic test system is designed.The comb target is used as a test unit.The array is arranged and a coordinate system is established.The coordinate system is connected to the signal acquisition storage module.After the experiment,the scattering characteristics can be obtained directly through the stored data.The function and working principle of the system are described in detail,including the measurement principle of the scattering characteristics and the method of establishing the coordinate system.According to the design features,different layout schemes are used to enable the system to measure the fragmentation speed separately,or to measure the scattering characteristics of the fragmentation at the same time.Starting from the test plan,the system is divided into 4 parts: array module,trigger,signal acquisition storage module and host computer.The array module is equivalent to the sensor of the system,and its size and hardware structure are designed.The signal acquisition and storage module is the core part of the system function implementation.The hardware circuit is designed in detail through chip selection and schematic design;the logic code of the main control chip FPGA is designed in detail,and the logic function of the FPGA is verified through timing simulation.Aiming at the error caused by the comb target’s fragment velocity measurement,the influence of the fragment radius,the initial velocity and the incident angle on the velocity after passing through the comb target was obtained by numerical simulation.Analyze the laws and establish a model for the speed decay of the fragment over the target.After verification,the speed measurement results can be modified to reduce measurement errors.Finally,the function of the signal acquisition and storage module is debugged,and the overall function verification of the system is combined with the array module,and a calculation method of the fragment scattering characteristics suitable for the system is given.In general,the function of this system has certain reliability.Compared with the traditional vertical target method,it eliminates the tediousness of vertical steel plate target and manual target detection,and has engineering practical value.
