| Fragmentation weapons play an important role in the military field.The fragment velocity parameter is the most important parameter to evaluate the destroy caused by prefabricated fragment warhead in the designated field.It is very important to study the technique of fragment velocity measurement for evaluating the damage performance of fragment killing weapon.At present,the measurement methods used for velocity parameter of laser vertical target mainly aim at the sequential fragment,while the actual fragment dispersion is random.It is difficult to distinguish the fragments that hit the target at the same time and give their velocities.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore new methods for improving the testing mechanism of fragment velocity and solving the problem of simultaneous target in fragment velocity measurement.In this paper,we construct a fragment velocity measurement platform which uses laser target and thin film switch array.What’s more,this platform is based of the principle of velocity measurement by means of section method.We analyze the performance of the sensor in sensitivity,light intensity and response time.Then,we design a signal processing circuit of thin film switching array and propose a CPLD pulse width coding algorithm for multichannel signals.These strategies improve the efficiency of signal acquisition.Next,we design a location recognition algorithm of laser target fragment according to the principle of laser target positioning,and combined with the principle of fragment location of thin film switch array,a new method of fragment location recognition based on laser vertical target and thin film switch array is proposed.The results show that the algorithm can correctly locate and identify the fragments that hit the target at the same time.Besides,the laser vertical target positioning error of the designed algorithm is derived respectively,and the relationship between location error with laser distance,fragment size and fragment position are analyzed.Then,we give the location error of thin film switch array.A fragment matching strategy for projection prediction is proposed in this paper,and the nonrigid variation of fragment dispersion is analyzed.At the same time,we design a iterative matching algorithm of consistent point drift for projection prediction,and carry out some simulation experiments from the affine change,the different signal-to-noise ratio,the outgoing point and so on.The simulation results show that the proposed matching algorithm can improve the accuracy of fragment matching.At last,the test platform is validated by experiments,and the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method for measuring the fragment velocity of the combination of laser vertical target and thin film switch array. |
