Research On Production Schedule Management Of A Project Of Automobile Mould In H Company Based On Critical Chain

In the project management,the schedule management is a very key content,it and the project quality management,the project investment management and so on are the key content in the project management,can guarantee the project to carry on according to the plan or the realization resources reasonable arrangement,more to help the project cost savings.The research was carried out by H Company,a major manufacturer of die and mould equipment in China,through the methods of empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and so on,this paper makes a concrete study on the problems encountered by H Company in project schedule management and the basic principles of critical chain,compared with the traditional project schedule management method,the key chain technology is more suitable for H Company’s project management.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of this research,and analyzes the research situation of this field at home and abroad on the basis of consulting relevant literature,finally establishes the research content and selects the appropriate research methods;After the detailed analysis of schedule management,constraints theory,critical chain and other theoretical content,in addition,this study also h company a basic introduction,the paper explains the current progress management situation of H Company and puts forward the problems which appear in it.The research is based on the related data in the project practice of H Company A,and establishes the progress management model based on the key chain,specifically study and optimize the H company related project management activities.On the whole,the research includes the following aspects,namely,critical project schedule Planning,buffer setting and critical chain project schedule control.Based on these aspects of research can provide a scientific and feasible schedule management model for die and mould equipment production projects,and expand the scope of application of the critical chain in project management,thus provides the reliable reference for the follow-up other enterprise’s project progress management.Finally,through the above research results,summarized several major project management concepts,and finally put forward the shortcomings of this study and follow-up Research Direction.
