The thermal insulation effect of thermal pipelines has always been the focus of energy enterprises.Whether the evaluation of the thermal insulation effect is accurate or not directly affects the company’s subsequent work decision on pipeline renovation.Based on the evaluation of thermal pipeline insulation structure of a nuclear power plant,this paper carried out research,and found that the current evaluation theoretical system is not perfect,the evaluation process is complex,and the calculation of data is mostly manual,which leads to low work efficiency and inaccurate evaluation results.Therefore,it is urgent to perfect the current evaluation theory system,design and develop the evaluation system of thermal insulation structure,and help onsite staff to complete accurate and effective evaluation.By applying expert system technology and combining with the characteristics of thermal insulation structure evaluation business,this paper puts forward the thermal insulation structure evaluation model,and takes this model as the guide to develop the thermal insulation structure evaluation system to solve the problems existing in on-site evaluation business.Firstly,the business process of thermal insulation structure evaluation was deeply analyzed,and the relevant theoretical knowledge of thermal insulation evaluation and the knowledge representation method of expert system were studied to build the thermal pipeline thermal insulation evaluation model framework.Secondly,the evaluation knowledge and algorithm of thermal insulation were analyzed,and the evaluation knowledge was accurately expressed to complete the design of the evaluation knowledge base.Then,the inference mode and inference control strategy of inference machine are studied to complete the design of inference machine.Finally,the intelligent evaluation system of thermal pipeline insulation structure is designed and developed to realize the one-stop service of pipeline testing,evaluation and information management,and to provide strong application support and decision-making for the staff.The application results show that the intelligent evaluation system of thermal pipeline thermal insulation structure can accurately evaluate the thermal insulation effect of pipelines,significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of business evaluation,and has a strong application value.
