| With the rapid development of the national economy, the construction of port infrastructure has received increasing attention, but it has also brought many security problems.Compared with other projects, port construction is more difficult to construct. For example, the structure of high-piled wharf which is currently widely used in coastal areas, has a lot of water construction and is greatly affected by the natural environment. There are many hidden safety hazards. Therefore, establishing a scientific and systematic risk assessment system and adopting an underwriting model that is compatible with the risks during the construction of the high-piled wharf project can effectively meet the needs of its safe construction. This article takes the construction phase of the high-piled wharf project as the research object.According to the construction characteristics and risk characteristics of the high-piled wharf, the construction process and potential risk factors are cross-coupled through the WBS-RBS method to identify and analyze the risks during the construction period. On this basis, risk assessment is carried out from two perspectives:construction project risk and job risk.Firstly, the insurable risk evaluation indicators of construction projects are screened.According to the uncertainty and diversity of risks during the construction of the high-piled wharf, the AHP method is used to weight the risk indicators. Then the D-S evidence theory method is used to process the results of expert scoring, carry out the basic credibility distribution of the data, and determine the construction risk level of the high-piled wharf during the construction stage through the result of the fusion of evidence information.Secondly, the improved LEC method is used to evaluate the job risk and determine the risk levels of casualties for different jobs. Finally, based on the results of the risk evaluation,an accompanying underwriting model is designed, and the application calculation is carried out through an example of a high-piled wharf project. |
