| In today’s world,the competition between enterprises is fundamentally the competition o f talents.As the "first resource" of enterprises,human resources play a vital role and will direc tly affect the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.The incentive problem is a very important part of human resource management in enterprises.The implementation of cor rect incentive methods can better induce employees’ work motivation,make them realize their own needs while achieving organizational goals,and enhance their satisfaction,so as to keep and carry forward their enthusiasm and creativity.Based on this background,this paper studie s the incentive problem of grassroots employees in Daqing ZY power group.This paper starts from the relevant theories of employee motivation,puts forward the bac kground and significance of grassroots employee motivation,and summarizes the research sta tus of related theories of grassroots employee motivation at home and abroad.Secondly,focus on the study of Daqing ZY power group.Based on the basic situation of Daqing ZY power gr oup,using the methods of questionnaire survey and satisfaction analysis,this paper analyzes t he specific problems existing in the grassroots staff incentive of Daqing ZY power group,mai nly focusing on the aspects of salary and welfare,work experience,personal growth and orga nizational recognition.Finally,on the basis of a lot of previous work,this paper tries to design and optimize the incentive scheme for grassroots employees from these four aspects.First,es tablish a dynamic competitive compensation and welfare system.Second,strengthen emotion al incentive measures.Third,strengthen the individual growth incentive measures.Fourth,im prove the incentive measures of organizational recognition.It can be seen that in the situation of rapid economic development,only through the formulation and implementation of effective employee incentive,can enterprises attract talents,give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,so as to make enterprises invincible. |
