Digital and intelligent design of household products is an important direction of development.With the increase of people’s requirements for household product design,designers are facing more and more professional and targeted users and environment.At present,the domestic market demand for automotive refrigerators is still showing an increasing trend.These automotive refrigerators have become essential products for modern families,such as automatic driving travel and drug storage,food storage for travel,and frozen food storage.However,the homogeneity of car refrigerator design is increasingly serious,the design shape is monotonous,the function of some car refrigerators is too complex to meet the basic needs of consumers,and some products are too conceptual to meet the actual functional needs.,Therefore,based on an important design method in the current industrial field(digital quantitative design of CAE,this paper carries out the digital product design of the car refrigerator,simulates the power,function and reliability of the car refrigerator under study,and reduces the problem of high cost caused by physical prototyping in advance from the Perspective of working environment.Through the actual questionnaire survey,according to the actual needs of users,the digital design and finite element analysis of the car refrigerator with increasing demand are completed,which provides a reference for the design of car refrigerator.(1)Through the study of digital design requirements to explore the problems in the process of car refrigerator manufacturing,and refine and analyze the factors of digital design requirements.By studying the shape and function of car refrigerator products,this paper analyzes the digital design theory of car refrigerator,puts forward the finite element algorithm process,and applies it to the product design of car refrigerator,so as to provide a more complete design,meet the digital design requirements of product design,and complete the design of car refrigerator.(2)Design the relevant questionnaire,through the summary,investigation and analysis of the investigation methods,the digital design requirements of automobile refrigerator are more systematic investigation and analysis.This paper analyzes the use,cognitive and emotional needs of digital design in vehicle refrigerator products,and analyzes the actual market demand and design demand positioning of vehicle refrigerator according to human-computer engineering interaction design,which has an important supporting role for the later parametric CAD design of this paper.(3)Based on the basic finite element theory,the digital design of the car refrigerator is carried out to meet the basic aesthetic design and mechanical design from the simulation level.The digital modeling is completed by using the finite element method,and the reliability of the product is verified from the mechanical point of view through digital calculation,simulation and evaluation.The other results can provide important ideas for the corresponding logic design and digital design.
