| When the wheel loader is working with heavy load for a long time in high temperature environment,the “overheating phenomenon” of the loader tends to happen,increasing the energy consumption of the whole machine and decreasing the service life.This paper analyzes the performance of the water-cooled charge air cooled system of wheel loader.Based on the cooling system modeling software KULI,a simulation model of the water-cooled charge air cooled system of the wheel loader is built,and the heat dissipation performance of the system and its influencing factors are simulated and analyzed.The heat dissipation capacity of the water-cooled charge air cooled system is evaluated through the heat balance test of the wheel loader.The main content of this article mainly includes:(1)Based on the cooling system modeling software KULI,the model of water-cooled charge air cooled system has been built and verified by test data,the maximum simulation error of the model is within 15%.Based on the experimental data provided by the cooperating manufacturers,the heat source of wheel loader is analyzed.The performance parameters of radiator in water-cooled intercooling system are calculated in detail(2)Based on the simulation model of water-cooled intercooling system of wheel loader,the effects of coolant flow,hydraulic oil and transmission oil flow and fan speed on the cooling capacity of each radiator in the cooling system are analyzed;This paper also investigates the effects of fan speed and ambient temperature on engine warm-up time;when the loader is in extremely cold environment,engine stopping can significantly shorten the engine warm-up time.The influence of the blockage of the air side channel of the radiator on the heat dissipation capacity of the water-cooled intercooling system is analyzed.The fouling coefficient is introduced to characterize the degree of blockage in the air side channel of radiator.The cooling air flow into the air side channel under different fouling coefficients is calculated.The influence of fouling blockage on inlet and outlet temperature and pressure loss of each radiator is analyzed.It is found that the higher the fouling coefficient is,the higher the outlet temperature of radiator is,the greater the pressure loss on the air side is.The heat dissipation capacity of cooling system under high-speed running condition is analyzed and the variation curves of inlet and outlet temperature and heat dissipation of radiator under high-speed running condition are obtained.(3)The field thermal balance test of wheel loader with water-cooled intercooling system is carried out.The required equipment and experimental scheme are introduced.The temperature characteristic curves of coolant,pressurized air,hydraulic oil and transmission oil under the thermal balance state of wheel loader are obtained,and the heat dissipation capacity is evaluated and analyzed. |
