| With the continuous improvement of science and technology,China’s aerospace technology has entered a new stage,satellite related technology has made great progress.At present,the whole process of satellite launch simulation and experiment,and the technology of collecting and analyzing the actual satellite launch data have been mastered.However,there are still many key problems to be solved.In order to ensure the normal operation of the whole structure of the satellite and the tiny structures and sensitive components carried by the satellite,it is necessary to consider the fire impact mitigation during the launch and return stage of the satellite during the design of the structure.In this paper,the impact resistance performance of the satellite bottom skirt structure under the condition of mitigating the firework impact was studied.Under the requirements of the actual stiffness,strength and stability of the satellite,a new type of satellite skirt structure was designed to reduce the impact of mitigating the firework impact on the satellite.The main work contents of this paper are as follows: According to the actual data obtained from the project,Finite element software software were used to conduct geometric processing and finite element modeling of the satellite,and the satellite model was simplified without affecting the analysis of the mechanical properties of the satellite structure.The static strength,frequency,impact and buckling stability of the satellite finite element model constructed are analyzed,and the strength,stiffness and stability of the satellite structure are checked,and the actual measurement points of the satellite structure are obtained.According to the transmission principle of explosion shock wave and the design principle of shock absorption ring,the parameters that affect the structural performance of satellite skirt bottom are analyzed,and the orthogonal experiment is designed with different values for each parameter.According to the results of orthogonal test,the sensitivity of the parameters affecting the satellite structural performance is calculated,and the influence degree of each parameter on the satellite skirt structural performance is compared,and the relevant conclusions are drawn.According to the conclusions,the optimization scheme of the satellite skirt structure is designed,and the stiffness,strength and stability of the optimization scheme are checked.After the analysis of this paper,the final conclusion is as follows:1.The sensitivity of factors affecting the impact resistance of satellite skirt structure ranges from large to small as follows: pore position,pore width,pore width and satellite skirt inclination Angle.Among them,pore position,pore width and satellite skirt inclination Angle are positively correlated with impact mitigation ratio,while pore width is negatively correlated with impact mitigation ratio.2.The impact mitigation of the optimized satellite skirt model designed in this paper for the measured points is about 30%.Similarly,for some points,the Z axis impact peak has a certain mitigation effect,and the X and Y axis impact peaks are increased,which direction has guiding significance for the installation position of small structures and sensitive elements. |
