| The rise of China’s industrial economy has accelerated the pace of port construction.Against the backdrop of increasing global economic downturn risks and the global epidemic crisis,the integration of domestic port resources has entered an acceleration period.Against the backdrop of the country’s continuous promotion of supply side structural reform,ports should be based on the development concept of the Party Central Committee,continuously optimize service quality,and improve production development efficiency.The essence of competition in port enterprises is the competition between core competitiveness and profits,and a scientifically sound performance management mechanism is the prerequisite and guarantee for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the achievement of development strategic goals.This article adopts academic research methods such as literature review,comparative analysis,and system analysis.Taking Qingang XG Company as an example,it systematically analyzes the relevant problems in its performance management mechanism and assessment,and provides reasonable countermeasures.Firstly,it elaborates on the research background,significance,content,methods,concepts,academic research progress,performance evaluation tools,and state-owned enterprise assessment content;Secondly,the current status of the performance evaluation system of Qingang XG Company was analyzed,and the existing performance evaluation system was introduced from the aspects of evaluation institutions,evaluation methods,and evaluation content.The problems in the setting of evaluation indicators,design of evaluation content,and evaluation objects that currently exist in performance evaluation were clarified.The reasons were analyzed from the aspects of industry system constraints,insufficient expansion of performance evaluation scope,and unscientific evaluation design;Thirdly,based on the Balanced scorecard,optimize the design of the department performance appraisal system of Qingang XG Company;Finally,specific measures are provided to strengthen organizational and team building,establish a sound performance distribution system,break departmental communication barriers,ensure fairness in the performance evaluation process,and integrate performance evaluation into corporate culture.On the one hand,the research of this paper can provide a reasonable scheme for the application and practical expansion of Balanced scorecard in enterprises,and enrich the relevant research results of enterprise performance appraisal;On the other hand,it can provide reference for the performance evaluation design of departments of XG Company or other companies in the same industry. |
