Leak detection of products is an important part of quality inspection before products leave the factory,and sealing performance is also a product safety performance index that enterprises attach great importance to.Safety accidents caused by leaks abound in the society,and great attention must be paid to safety issues.In the industrial production process,considering the cost and safety,the differential pressure method is the most used,but the differential pressure method needs to provide a non-leaking workpiece as a reference in advance,and the operation is more complicated.To solve this problem,this paper designs a set of embedded direct pressure leak detection system based on volume compensation method.The specific research content of this article is as follows:According to the basic theory of the pressure change leak detection method,the advantages and disadvantages of the direct pressure method and the differential pressure method are analyzed,and on the basis of the traditional direct pressure method,volume compensation is proposed to improve the detection accuracy of the direct pressure method.And improve the traditional direct pressure method to detect leaks,making the test efficiency more in line with the test operation of the industrial production line.The embedded system hardware with I.MX6 ULL as the core processor is designed on the hardware circuit.In order to save and display the test data more conveniently,the USB interface and LCD interface are set up,which greatly improves the test efficiency and the convenience of human-computer interaction.In addition,AD7192 is used as the core to build a high-precision data acquisition module,with a test accuracy of 24 bits,which guarantees the detection accuracy of the leak detection system.The software design adopts embedded Linux as the operating system,customized U-Boot,kernel and root file system for the detection system,and designed the driver file for AD7192,and designed the graphical user interface for the system using QT 5.12.9,and transplanted it The tslib touch screen library allows users to directly touch control for leak detection,which greatly improves the convenience of operation and improves the level of intelligence of the leak detection system.In this paper,the functional test of each module of the leak detection system is carried out,the traditional direct pressure method and the improved direct pressure method are compared,and the traditional gas circuit and the improved gas circuit are compared.The experimental results show that the functions of the various modules of the detection system are normal,the test accuracy of the direct pressure method after volume compensation is higher than that of the traditional direct pressure method,and the improved gas circuit detection efficiency is higher.The embedded direct pressure leak detection system based on the volume compensation method designed in this paper has high accuracy,low cost,simple and convenient operation,good interaction,and fulfilled the expected purpose.
