Application Of Whole Process Engineering Consultation In G Hospital Construction Project

Construction industry has experienced rapid development since the funding of the People’s Republic of China,and it has constantly kept pace with the development of society.With the agent construction system proposed by the State Council in 2004,construction industry initially transfer to intensive management.In 2017,the general office of the State Council put forward the whole process engineering consultation,standing for construction industry officially moving to the intensive and professional development.So far,the whole process Engineering Consultation is still in the stage of exploration and promotion.To illustrate the advantages of the whole process engineering consultation in the construction industry,this paper takes the construction of G hospital as an example,which involves the preliminary planning and introduction of the hospital,large investment,tight period,special design,complex technology,and difficult construction,leading to the project implementation is very arduous.Therefore,this paper studies the application of whole process engineering consultation in construction of G hospital.On the one hand,it is conducive to promote the implementation of G hospital project,on the other hand,it is helpful to promote the application of whole process engineering consulting.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the introduction of the construction project of G hospital,this paper will analyze the external and internal factors that influence the construction firms to implement the project by using fish bone diagram,and will put forward that the whole process engineering consulting service composed of “Project Management +Design Consultant + Engineering Supervision + Medical Planning and Operation Consultant” can well promote the development of the project,which will be displayed in the project management.Secondly,by using project investigation method,the paper finds out the difficulties existing in the whole process of engineering consulting business.Through expert consultation,it puts forward the solutions and determines the project implementation process,and formulates the project management system.Then,the paper shows the application of the whole process engineering consultation in medical planning,project management,bidding consultation,contract management,design management,approval and construction management of G hospital construction project,and the application effect is evaluated.Finally,it summarizes the application experience of the whole process engineering consultation in overall management,approval and construction schedule management,bidding and procurement contract management,cost management,on-site management and design management of G hospital construction project,and puts forward some problems in the process of promotion and implementation,such as service charge without document guidance,consulting unit without qualification identification,construction unit without policy guidance and investment savings reward risk.Moreover,this paper proposes five policy suggestions and five risk response suggestions to provide experience reference for the promotion of the whole process of engineering consultation in the later stage.
