Abstract/Summary:
With the promotion of green ecology and green economy,new construction methods represented by green buildings have received more and more attention from the state and enterprises,and many construction projects across the country have tried to implement green building practices.Based on the perspective of the industrial chain,this paper takes Project D as the research object,and analyzes the main factors restricting the development of green buildings from the perspective of the industrial chain,in order to obtain new development ideas and countermeasures.First of all,based on the existing related research and technical specifications of green buildings,it expounds the effectiveness of green buildings,industrial chain green building effectiveness and green building effectiveness evaluation criteria,and analyzes the structure of my country’s green building industrial chain and its constraints on the effectiveness of green buildings.Secondly,using the literature research method,starting from the perspective of the industrial chain,combined with the actual situation of the green building of the D project,combing the restrictive factors of the green building effectiveness of the D project,using the expert interview method to analyze and identify the restrictive factors,and finally determine the 23 restrictive factors.It mainly includes four aspects: government management,industrial capacity,industrial cost,and industrial coordination.Third,data collection was conducted by compiling a questionnaire on the restrictive factors of green building effectiveness of Project D from the perspective of the industrial chain.It is found by calculation that the selected constraints meet the research conditions.On this basis,the Interpretive Structure Model(ISM)is used to classify and internally analyze the constraints,and obtain the surface constraints involving industrial capabilities and industrial synergy,involving the structure of the industrial chain,the distribution of industrial chain benefits,and the government’s support for the industrial chain The middle-level constraint factors and related policies related to the industrial chain and the deep-level constraint factors of the shortage of industrial talents,combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)through expert scoring for quantitative analysis,determined the judgment matrix between the various factors,and calculated each The relative weights of influencing factors within the hierarchy analyze the three restrictive factors of insufficient professional talents in the green building industry chain with larger weights,lagging construction methods of traditional building industry chain enterprises,and insufficient green building development experience of core enterprises in the industry chain.Finally,the research of the former person was combined,and the construction of the personnel organization,the operation of the information technology,and the management company were integrated,and the management of the surveying rod was integrated,and the control of the survey rod was strengthened,and the proposal of the D project was improved by strengthening the direction such as supervision of the government.Optimize industrial structure.The concrete measures for the effectiveness of green buildings provide reference experience for other green building projects,and we hope that my country’s green building industry will improve and develop sustainably.
