| At present,the construction industry in my country is still dominated by on-site wet work,which has caused serious pollution to the environment and a great waste of resources.It is not conducive to the construction of an environment-friendly and resource-saving society in my country.It is urgently needed for the construction industry.The traditional construction concepts and construction methods are transformed and upgraded.Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of fast construction speed,high resource utilization rate,and small labor demand,which meet the development requirements of the construction industry under the background of the new era in my country.Gansu Province,as a region with relatively backward economic development in China,its prefabricated buildings started later than other developed coastal areas,and their development speed was relatively slow during the implementation process,which seriously hindered the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Therefore,this study uses literature research and questionnaire surveys to thoroughly understand the constraints on the development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province.On this basis,combined with the development status and regional characteristics of Gansu Province’s prefabricated buildings,the countermeasures to promote the development of Gansu’s prefabricated buildings are put forward to provide certain suggestions and references for the development of Gansu Province’s prefabricated buildings.This research is based on the existing research results of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,through literature research and questionnaire surveys,sorted out 28 factors restricting the development of prefabricated buildings,and combined the 28 constraints with the regional characteristics of Gansu Province in the form of expert interviews Summarized into 24 restrictive factors,and through questionnaire surveys,some of the restrictive factors with relatively small influence were removed,and 21 restrictive factors in 4 categories were screened out,so as to construct an index system of restrictive factors for the development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province;adopt decision-making experiments DEMATEL analyzes the centrality and cause degree of each restriction factor,and divides the restriction factors into causal factors and result factors according to the positive or negative of the cause degree;uses the interpretive structure model(ISM)to clarify the relationship between each restriction factor The logical relationship and hierarchical relationship of the decision-making laboratory method(DEMATEL)and the interpretation structure model(ISM)are combined to construct the DEMATEL-ISM model and find out the key factors restricting the development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province.The study found that the most important reason restricting the development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province is the high construction cost.The most direct reason is the low market acceptance.The most fundamental and key reason is the lack of professional talents;finally,based on the system dynamics model,Carry out system simulation analysis of key constraints,and put forward strategies to promote the development of prefabricated buildings based on the results of simulation analysis,provide certain theoretical guidance and reference for the development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province,and develop prefabricated buildings in other regions of my country It has certain reference significance. |
