Implementation And Promotion Of Green Industrial Building

Our country is in the process of industrialization, industrial added value occupies great proportion in national economy. In the foreseeable future, industry is the more important in the economic structure of China. In the process of industrial building constructing and using, a lot of natural resources were consumed. Base on the concept of sustainable development, the green buildings will become the inevitable trend of type of building. At present, green building is mainly concentrated in the field of civil construction. However, a large number of industrial buildings have greater potential in the energy conservation and emissions reduction.In this paper, the green evaluation system of industrial architecture, implementation process and performance are studied, and the innovation research works are as follow.(1) Several main domestic and foreign green building assessment systems have been analyzed. The result show that, the green industrial building evaluation system in our country pays more attention to energy saves, water saves and land saves. However, BREEAM evaluation system is more focus on outdoor environment and indoor environment and section and manages operations. At the same time, the limitation of building energy consumption index in our country industrial building evaluation system was points out.(2) The internal mechanism of green industrial building evaluation system was analyzed. On the basis of the implementation of the construction process, put forward a complete implementation process of green industrial building.(3) The typical industrial building green performance was analyzed in detail. The increased cost of green environmental protection and energy saving measures was count. The result shows that, the incremental cost of appropriate green environmental protection and energy saving measures is not big. For comparison the incremental cost to the evaluation system, water-saving projects are important in evaluation system, which will increase a little cost.(4) The impetus to the development of green industrial building was analyzed. The analysis shows that, the main reasons were saving the cost in operation stage, enhancing product reputation of enterprises and products, obtaining preferential policy. At the same time, the resistance for hindering the development of the green industry building was analyzed. The analysis shows that, short-sighted enterprise policy and the lack of the understanding of the concept of green building were the main reason. Then the suggestions were put out for promoting the development of green industrial building.
