| At present,the main factors restricting the development of prefabricated buildings are due to the complexity of their own design,production,transportation and installation technology and the high degree of coupling of before and after processes,and the extremely strict cooperation requirements for technicians,managers and participants,resulting in high costs.Therefore,the cost-progress of prefabricated building project integrated into BIM can realize the visualization,standardization,coordination,simulation and refined cost and progress management of prefabricated building from design to construction,and have lower cost and shorter construction period than cast-in-place building,and ensure high-quality construction quality.Paper research based on BIM information platform,the prefabricated construction project from design,production and transportation,construction into collaborative mode,realize prefabricated building data collaborative sharing,cost-progress management refinement,intelligent,and the BIM technology and design,cost,production,construction software,in the study of the following aspects:First,by combing the cost and progress management of prefabricated building projects at home and abroad and combining BIM technology,we found the current cost and progress control method in China,and proposed the feasible management of BIM and related software,so as to realize the effective management of cost-progress integration and contribute to the BIM application software of the whole prefabricated building industry chain;Second,To ensure the implementation of the feasibility of cost-progress using BIM and related software,This paper studies the mode and process of prefabricated building cost-progress integration management based on BIM,It has implemented the purpose of using Revit and other software to realize the BIM application software of the whole prefabricated and building industry chain,And realized the specific implementation process of the design,production,transportation and installation stage of prefabricated construction projects,Make BIM a practical value in the cost-progress integrated management of prefabricated buildings;Thirdly,in order to research the research results of the prefabricated building project cost-progress integration management based on BIM,this paper selects the CRJY project in Kunming City for case application research,and finds that the prefabricated building cost-progress integration management based on the research results can effectively reduce,improve efficiency,and can effectively reduce the prefabricated building cost and construction period.In this paper,it is useful for the cost-progress integration management based on BIM. |
