| In recent years,the construction industry is constantly seeking for transformation and upgrading,while the country puts forward the requirements of sustainable development.Prefabricated building has become a direction of future building development due to its advantages such as fast construction speed,energy saving and environmental protection.The state has also issued a series of policies to support the development of prefabricated building.But assembly building in our country is still in the beginning stage,and construction techniques,construction standards and other systems construction are not mature.Traditional management system is not completely suitable for assembly building.Slow construction speed and high cost restrict the development of assembly building.Therefore,this thesis will explore the factors affecting the schedule in the process of prefabricated building construction,establish an evaluation system for evaluation,and conduct research on schedule management.First of all,based on the reference of domestic and foreign prefabricated construction schedule management literature,this thesis selects the schedule management of prefabricated components from production to installation as the research object.This thesis introduces the development status and basic theory of prefabricated building,including the concept of prefabricated building,characteristics,construction process and other content,and then introduces the characteristics,process and methods of schedule management and other related theoretical basis.Secondly,the first step of schedule management is to identify the factors that affect the construction schedule of prefabricated buildings.Based on the summary and analysis of relevant research literature,combined with the work breakdown structure of prefabricated buildings,four aspects affecting the construction progress are identified,which are the production,transportation and site construction units of prefabricated components,as well as other aspects such as weather and climate,and a list of 16 secondary indicators influencing factors is compiled.The progress evaluation model was established according to the list,several managers involved in the project were investigated and interviewed,and the subjective and objective weights of each factor were calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,and the combined weights were finally carried out.According to the weighting results,the multi-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the key influencing factors of the project and the overall risk level of the project schedule.Finally,the application of the actual assembly building project is selected to verify the applicability of the evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the schedule risk level of the selected project is general and within the controllable range.Among them,the site construction management stage and the production stage of prefabricated components account for a large proportion.According to the project situation,the corresponding management measures are put forward from many aspects.Through case verification,the evaluation model has certain applicability and can provide certain reference value for similar projects in schedule management. |
