During recent years,DCT with uninterrupted power and high shift efficiency has gradually become the competing transmissions developed by domestic transmission enterprise.The hydraulic shifting control system is the key integrated system of wet DCT,which consists of an oil pump,several solenoid valves,slide valves and valve bodies shifting with each other and has an important impact on the comfort and shifting quality of the car.This project takes the wet DCT hydraulic shifting control system as the research object,the simulation model establishment,characteristics analysis of the main oil circuit pressure control system,shift force control system,gear selection system and gear actuation system are carried out.Based on the whole hydraulic shifting control system simulation model,the parametric analysis and experiment are carried out,specific studies are as follows:This paper summarizes the development of proportional solenoid valve and the current research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research emphasis.By analyzing the working principle of hydraulic shifting control system and the cooperative relationships of each subsystem,mathematical models of main oil pressure control system,shifting force control system,gear selection system and gear execution system in wet DCT hydraulic control system are established,which provides theoretical support for the simulation model construction and analysis of subsequent hydraulic shift control system..Using the Ansys simulation platform,the electromagnet physical simulation model of electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve is established,and the static characteristics are analyzed.The Amesim simulation models of key components in each subsystem are built according to the mathematical model of hydraulic shifting control system,and the changes of pressure,flow rate and displacement are analyzed.Thus,the simulation model of the whole wet DCT hydraulic shifting control system is constructed and the response characteristics of shift logic and shifting force are analyzed..Based on the established simulation model of wet DCT hydraulic shifting control system,the response evaluation indexes are put forward,and the influence of the system structure parameters,design parameters and control parameters on the pressure response characteristics of Mainline hydraulic control system,leakage characteristics of shifting force control system and step response characteristics of hydraulic shift control system is deeply studiedOn the basis of the testing demands of wet DCT hydraulic valve body and relying on the performance test bench of wet DCT hydraulic valve body,the characteristics of hydraulic valve body about shift logic,main oil pressure and shift force are tested to verify the validity of the simulation model of hydraulic shift control system.The characteristics of wet DCT hydraulic shifting control system are studied in this paper,and the influence of structure parameters,design parameters and control parameters on the system characteristics is further grasped,providing theoretical support for breaking the monopoly of foreign technology and technical basis and reference for improving the quality of wet DCT.
