| Nowadays,the use of industrial products has become more and more popular,and the degree of diversification of product production has increased.This has also led to the diversification of the impact of product life cycle on the environment,which can be summarized as three.Major impact categories: human health,resources and ecosystems.Faced with such a development dilemma,people have become more and more aware that harmonious coexistence and common prosperity with the natural environment is the only way out of the predicament.This coincides with my country’s sustainable development strategy and the goal of establishing an environmentally friendly society.The needs of human beings and the demands of the natural environment are not in conflict,but no reasonable means are used to balance the relationship between the two.Product life cycle design can not only save resources,reduce costs,avoid or reduce the impact of the production process on the environment,but also enhance the product competitiveness of product manufacturers.Therefore,product life cycle design has become another choice in the current product design and development stage.This article first systematically explained the research status of life cycle design theory at home and abroad,and then explained the importance of life cycle design in the stage of product development and design.Based on the theory of quality function deployment,first of all,through a large number of literature and surveys,the user’s environmental needs for the product are summarized,and the user’s environmental needs are decomposed,and the user’s environmental demand engineering parameters are determined,using AHP analytic hierarchy process.Based on the evaluation and scoring of experts,the weight of the engineering parameters of the user’s environmental requirements is obtained,and then the comprehensive weight of the engineering parameters of the user’s requirements is obtained using the triangular fuzzy number method.Secondly,using the life cycle assessment method,according to the specific process steps of the life cycle assessment,the life cycle assessment of several product design schemes is carried out,and an ideal design scheme index is established according to the evaluation index of the product scheme.Finally,the fuzzy membership function is used to establish the membership calculation equation to calculate the membership of several schemes relative to the ideal scheme.Finally,the comprehensive weights and membership values of the user environmental requirements engineering parameters are weighted to calculate the final membership Value,the best solution is the one with the highest final membership value.This article analyzes the hybrid electric vehicle power system as a specific example. |
