Research On Quality Management Of Construction Projects Of Highway Bridge Engineering From MLW To ZT ——Taking NJG Bridge As An Example

Construction management is a very critical link in engineering project management.Although my country has achieved certain results in construction project management,there are still various problems in specific applications.In the current society,the people’s requirements for the quality of life are getting higher and higher,so in the process of project construction,the requirements for safety and comfort are also getting higher and higher,and the quality control of bridge construction projects is adapted to the development of the times Inevitable requirement.This paper selects the NJG Extra Large Bridge project in the MLW-ZT section of the highway bridge project to carry out research.The research was carried out using field investigation,literature research method,case research method,and comparative research method,and it was carried out in six parts.First,introduce the research background and significance,summarize the research of domestic and foreign scholars,and clarify the research content of this article and the methods used in the research.Secondly,it elaborates the related concepts of project quality control,introduces the theoretical methods of quality management,introduces the influencing factors of bridge engineering quality control,and understands the excellent foreign experience.Once again introduced the basic situation of the MLW-ZT section of highway bridge engineering,the basic situation and engineering conditions of the NJG Bridge,collected relevant difficulties and key points of the project construction,and analyzed the key factors of the quality control of the NJG Bridge and the NJG Bridge.The results of the quality inspection of the Gou Bridge Project.After that,the questionnaire survey data was used to analyze the problems in the construction quality control and management of the NJG Bridge,and to conduct an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.Finally,the improvement measures of construction quality control and management of NJG Bridge are proposed,and the research is summarized.The research found that the construction quality control management of NJG Bridge has problems such as substandard quality,fake quality management institutions,unsatisfactory quality control effects,and chaotic material management.The reasons are analyzed in depth because of improper construction methods and managers.Poor quality awareness,restricted supervision work,and unreasonable material management system settings.Finally,improvement measures were proposed to improve construction methods,strengthen managers’ awareness of quality management,clarify project supervision positioning,improve material management systems,and strengthen quality control management throughout the construction process.After applying the improvement measures,it is found that the improvement measures proposed in this article have played a certain role in promoting quality control management.
