Study On Construction Quality Control Of A Project

Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and a permanent theme, construction projects quality is to ensure that the project into optimal at a time. Project management is the premise stage of strengthening the effective quality control on engineering project, and it is the key determinant whether a project construction is successful or not. Project quality control is the key and core to three control objectives, which are the project quality, schedule and investment. If the goals of economic benefits, social effects and good progress control for project A are to be achieved, we have to strengthen the project construction quality management and control, and to enhance the quality control of the project effectively.The paper analyzed the project construction quality control of project A by documentary method and investigation method. On the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced project quality control methods and experiences in the domestic and overseas, construction quality control system of project A has been established. The paper using the theory and method of quality management and control to analyze project quality control methods and means. Based on analyzing the characteristics, emphases, overall construction schedule and management methods of engineering A, and according to the quality objective of project A, the quality management organization and control system has been built, while control measures of project A to strengthen the construction quality has been proposed simultaneously.By analyzing construction quality control system and measures of project A, the goal of this paper is to direct the quality control of project A to some extent, and to average up the standard of construction project quality management.
