Research On Construction Quality Control Of Qingliangjiang River Bridge In Shijia Zhuang-jinan Passenger Dedicated Railway

Bridge engineering construction quality is not only related to the safety of the project itself,but also closely related to the survival of construction enterprises,quality management in the construction project management is in a very important position.For passenger dedicated line,because of the high comfort and high reliability of the train,the research on how to strengthen the quality management of railway bridge project has important practical significance.In this dissertation,the current situation of quality management research both at home and abroad has introduced,and as the research object for the QingLiangJiang bridge in Shijiazhuang-Jinan Passenger dedicated line,the comprehensive quality management of the bridge project has studied.At present,the whole bridge not only has been completed smoothly according to plan,but also the construction quality has beet meet the expected requirements.With the construction quality controlling of the bridge,the following work has been done:(1)According to the characteristics of this bridge project,the quality control process and system of this bridge,including how to build this bridge project quality management organization,how to establish the quality assurance system and guarantee measures,and other aspects of quality management departments responsible are studied.(2)The key factors of quality and process control for this bridge project,including how to set quality control point,how to control the quality in each stage of this bridge construction,how to per-control the construction quality of this bridge,bridge construction process quality control and the specific application of quality management methods are all studied.(3)The key link to realize the quality control goal of the whole bridge project is the linear quality control of the cantilever continuous beam.In this paper,firstly,the beam body construction process is simulated.Secondly,the construction process of the beam body of the linear quality control is studied.(4)Four aspects of improvement measures of the quality on the bridge construction control including not only the establishment of organization,the sound system,the strengthen of quality sense,and the correctly handle the relationship between quality and cost and schedule management,but also the establish the quality management mechanism of dynamic management of the whole process,and the strengthen the quality management of new technology application are all put forward.This paper studies the construction quality control of the construction quality control of the QingLiangJiang bridge in Shijiazhuang-Jinan Passenger dedicated line.The research results of this paper can be used for reference to the quality management of similar projects in the future.
