In recent years,the construction of the domestic energy internet has been remarkable in China.The proportion of new energy power generation represented by wind power and photovoltaics in the total power generation of the country has increased year by year.However,due to the randomness and volatility of new energy power generation,direct access to the grid will bring great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the grid.In this context,the characteristics of large number of electric vehicles on the demand side and flexible scheduling can be taken full advantage of,and the fluctuation of residual new energy power generation can be suppressed through reasonable scheduling of electric vehicles charging,so as to reduce the impact of new energy power generation on the power grid system.Considering the current gradual popularity of fast charging piles,this paper first studies the influencing factors of fast charging of electric vehicles,analyzes the fast charging characteristics of electric vehicles and builds a fast charging model of electric vehicles.Then,on the premise of considering the late attenuation of electric vehicle charging power,a targeted charging optimization scheduling strategy is proposed for two fast charging scenarios,fast charging stations and distributed fast charging piles.When facing the distributed fast charging pile scenario,the load aggregator can monitor the operating status of the fast charging pile in a certain area in real time,and in view of the adjustable charging time of electric vehicle users in this scenario,propose a charging optimization scheduling strategy based on a hybrid optimization algorithm.Finally,the simulation experiment compares the disordered charging and the orderly charging based on the improved particle swarm algorithm,verifying that the strategy proposed in this paper has a significant effect in improving the level of new energy consumption.When facing the scene of fast charging stations,according to the characteristics of the concentrated and limited number of fast charging piles in the station,flexible adjustment technology is used to solve the charging problem of electric vehicles in the station,and the adaptive dynamic incentive strategy is adopted to guide users to change the charging demand.Finally,simulation experiments verify that the proposed strategy can significantly improve the full load rate and working rate of fast charging stations,and has significant effects in improving the economic benefits of fast charging stations,reducing the volatility of remaining new energy output,and shortening the waiting time of electric vehicle.
