Analysis Of Locomotive Operation Efficiency In Taiyuan Locomotive Depot And Research On Improvement Countermeasures

With the continuous development of economy and society,railway,as the main artery of national economy,puts forward higher requirements for its transportation capacity under the great demand of national economic and social development.The efficiency of railway transportation is the basis of the operation quality of railway enterprises,which affects the economic benefits of railway operation,among which locomotive operation efficiency is one of the keys,and it is particularly important to study its operation efficiency under the current background of railway transportation enterprises.Taking Taiyuan Locomotive Depot as the research object,this paper studies and discusses the ways and methods to improve the locomotive operation efficiency.In this paper,aiming at improving locomotive operation efficiency in Taiyuan Locomotive Depot,a hierarchical analysis framework is established based on analyzing locomotive operation indicators: taking locomotive operation efficiency as the target layer,taking time utilization rate,traction utilization rate and comprehensive utilization rate as the criterion layer,and taking eight factors such as line conditions,locomotive routing and station stop time as the scheme layer.Based on the actual operation data of Taiyuan Locomotive Depot in recent two years,the key indicators of locomotive operation,such as gross locomotive weight ton kilometers,total locomotive running kilometers,total locomotive turnover time,daily locomotive mileage,average locomotive traction weight,single locomotive rate and daily locomotive output,are analyzed in detail.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey comprehensive analysis method are selected to comprehensively evaluate the locomotive operation efficiency of Taiyuan locomotive depot in recent two years,and the reasons for selection and evaluation steps of evaluation methods are made clear.Then,the locomotive operation efficiency of Taiyuan locomotive depot is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by using AHP framework diagram and the weights of each layer obtained by AHP combined with grey comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,aiming at the previous analysis and evaluation problems,4M1 E management analysis method is used to put forward strategies to improve the locomotive operation efficiency of Taiyuan locomotive depot in five aspects of people,machines,materials,methods and environment.
