Due to the development of society and science and the improvement of people’s appreciation of things,electric vehicle,intelligent driving,Internet of vehicles and lightweight have rapidly become the general direction of the development of automotive technology.Cars are interconnected with roads,people and cities,forming a new trend of integrated development.With the rapid development of electronic technology,great changes have been made in automobile production.Electronic technology has been widely used in automobile products,and wire control technology has been attached importance to by more and more automobile manufacturers.And now wire control system has been simply applied in high-end cars.Electronic Hydraulic Brake system EHB(Electro Hydraulic Brake),which is composed of Hydraulic system and electric motor,has the advantages of simple structure,small quality and easy maintenance.In this paper,the general design drawing of EHB development platform and the design drawing of brake bench are designed at first.According to the selected vehicle parameters,the hardware equipment models needed in the EHB development platform are calculated and selected.Then,write in Simulimk software to pull sensor signal and the data acquisition of pressure sensor signal,the data of calibration,noise signal processing,PID control,and motor,control strategies of a message,to establish simulation model with the Carsim software,vehicle,road and environment simulation model by Veristand software will each software program is loaded into the software,and the software and hardware interface mapping one by one;Implement the co-simulation among Car Sim,Simulink and Veristand software.Secondly,a fuzzy controller is established through the parameters of the brake pedal to identify the intention of the brake pedal.The wire control system converts the intention of the brake pedal into an electrical signal and sends it to the motor controller.The braking intention is calculated by the driver’s input parameters of pedal stroke,stroke change rate and the output parameters of master cylinder pressure,so that the driver is more comfortable in the slow braking process and can brake quickly in emergency situations.Finally,due to the improper use of the brake system in practical application or electrical equipment failure may produce some failures,so mainly on the sensor signal failure,mechanical failure and electrical failure to make a discussion and give some solutions.Redundancy design is made for some of these devices,and failure models are established to carry out hardware-in-the-loop simulation tests.In this paper,a hardware-in-the-loop co-simulation of conventional braking,active braking and failure modes is carried out by building the EHB development platform.Can make the driver can be in slow braking can have better comfort and in the case of emergency braking can make the car in the shortest possible time to achieve braking.And when the car is braking,if the motor fails,it can be switched to the standby motor in the shortest time to realize braking.
