In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the types and quantities of equipment within enterprises have increased day by day,and the composition of equipment has become increasingly complex,which poses severe challenges to the operation and maintenance management of enterprise equipment.Through computer and network technology,the establishment of a digital equipment operation and maintenance management platform has become an inevitable trend.In order to solve the problems of heavy reliance on labor,low operation and maintenance efficiency,and high maintenance costs in enterprise equipment operation and maintenance management,this paper designs and implements a complete life cycle maintenance system for electromechanical equipment.The main tasks include:1.In view of the current difficulties in the management of electromechanical equipment in modern enterprises,conduct demand research and analysis based on the daily actual needs of equipment operation and maintenance managers,determine the roles of system personnel,and clarify the boundaries of the problems to be solved.2.Determine the composition of the system modules based on the results of the preliminary investigation.Take the form of use case diagram combined with use case description table to analyze the functional requirements of the system sub-modules.Taking into account the actual use of the system,and from the three dimensions of the overall system performance,security and scalability,the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.3.Based on the results of the demand analysis and combined with the current development status of the industry’s frontier software R&D technology,the system was designed with a technical architecture,and a R&D technical solution with the separation of front and back ends was determined.In the front-end part,the Vue.js framework combined with the ElementUI component library is used to design and implement the user interaction interface,and the chart library ECharts is used to visualize the data statistical analysis results to enhance the user experience.In the back-end part,the SpringBoot framework is used,and the non-relational database Redis is used to build a caching layer for the system,which significantly improves the response speed of the system.For the application data that needs to be persisted in the system,the open source relational database MySQL is used for storage and the design of important data tables is given in the form of ER diagrams.In the system detailed design part,the sub-modules intuitively give the detailed realization of important interfaces in the form of interface lists and sequence diagrams.4.Black-box testing technology is used to carry out detailed functional testing of the maintenance system for the whole life cycle of electromechanical equipment,and JMeter is used to verify the usability of the system in concurrent scenarios.The test results show that the whole life cycle maintenance system of electromechanical equipment designed and implemented in this paper can meet the daily equipment operation and maintenance needs of enterprises.The whole life cycle maintenance system of electromechanical equipment studied in this paper can carry out information management of equipment inspection,maintenance and repair operations,which improves the efficiency of enterprise equipment operation and maintenance,significantly reduces equipment management costs,and has a certain reality.Value. |
