In recent years,with the increasing demand for business activities,the highly digital market formed by Internet technology has developed rapidly.In order to make the data transmission and resource exchange and sharing of traditional business applications more clearly and accurately,and to make all kinds of complex data more recognizable and analyzable,data analysis technology and data visualization technology emerged.Many companies and enterprises have applied it to decision management,which not only improves the economic management efficiency and talent management efficiency,but also enhances the scientific management.At the same time,as an important guarantee of national security and military technology,many military research institutes are gradually applying data analysis technology and data visualization technology to overall management to provide accurate data support for military research and realize self-innovation of product research and development mode.According to the characteristics of training items for students in a scientific research institute,this paper designs a set of data analysis and prediction system based on B/S architecture,and expounds the specific development process of the system from the aspects of data acquisition,demand analysis,front-end architecture design,database design and functional module research and development.This paper discussed the data sources of the trainees’ training scores,dividing them into four types: basic performance,theoretical performance,simulated training performance and other performances.Based on the common information of these four types of performance,they were analyzed and designed in multiple dimensions.In addition,among the four types of performance,the simulated training performance was of special significance.On the one hand,in order to improve the accuracy of data analysis to the simulated training performance,the system increased the analysis surface of the group comparison.Through the comparison between the groups and the comparison within the group,the training situation between the groups and the situation of the members in the same group could be analyzed,providing intuitive decision support for students’ training.On the other hand,in order to judge the trend of simulated training performance of students better,the system mined the digital characteristics of simulated training performance based on the historical results statistics and established multiple linear regression model,and realized the prediction and analysis of simulated training performance.Additionally,the system also integrated the functions of information management,carried out authority management for different users,realizing hierarchical deployment from top to bottom.subjective scoring was also added besides objective scoring,which made the scoring mechanism more scientifically and rationally.Finally,this paper tested the designed system from two aspects,including the operating environment and functional use cases,and summarizes and looks forward to the characteristics and deficiencies of the existing system.On the basis of ensuring the security and stability of the system,this paper compared the previous studies.In order to solve the problems of "high coupling","low cohesion" and "difficult separation between front and back" caused by the development of traditional military enterprise system based on JSP or Thymeleaf template,this paper adopted the technical system of SpringBoot+Nginx+Vue and combined Restful thought,which not only realized the complete separation between front-end and back-end,but also facilitated the development of multi-dimensional analysis requirements,and improved the extensibility of the system,providing a functional interface for system upgrade and iteration. |
