Urban forest is an important part of urban ecological construction and a link between man and nature.Creating forest cities can form a good urban forest ecological system and add ecological welfare to the people.Provide a lot of opportunities and challenges for local development,promote the effective use of social labor,promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure.The establishment of forest city will enhance the forest ecological environment of Zhongfang county,enrich the connotation of urban greening,promote the development of forest ecological tourism in Zhongfang county,improve the comprehensive benefit,and realize rural revitalization.Studying the establishment of forest cities in Zhongfang county can provide support for key decision-making of development,provide scientific guidance for forest city planning in Zhongfang county,provide new directions for promoting the healthy development of economy in Zhongfang county,and provide important basis for the future development of ecological environment construction,forest resources protection and urban sustainable development.At the same time,it is hoped to provide reference and help for other forest cities.(1)Through the calculation of index weight and comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation index of forest cities in Zhongfang County is 66.6053 points.Among the 27 indicators,17 indicators belong to the category of "good",and the forest cities in Zhongfang County are in the category of "good" in the comprehensive evaluation level.It means that the forest quality of Zhongfang County is high,the ecosystem maintenance is good,the forest cultural value benefit is good,the wetland resources,wild animal and plant resources are rich,the overall construction conditions are good.But at the same time,there are still some problems such as less cultural science popularization sites,insufficient biodiversity protection,greening level needs to be improved,less leisure tourism sites,and insufficient forest investment management and monitoring.The weights are arranged from large to small as follows:cultural science popularization sites>biodiversity protection>ecological identification construction>waterfront greening≥channel greening>leisure and recreation green space construction>ecological leisure tourism>public attitude>per capital park green space>compulsory tree planting>afforestation area>forest coverage>other green spaces>village greening>tree species allocation>urban greening coverage>forest protection>forest production base>scientific popularization activities>ecological monitoring>scientific planning>habitat conservation and forest management>ancient and famous trees>forest certification>ecological services>organizational leadership>security measures.(2)According to the comprehensive evaluation results of forest cities in Zhongfang County and the current situation of urban forest development,the concept of ’ecological Zhongfang County’ is proposed to comprehensively promote forest health,economy and culture construction.Taking the construction of urban forest in Zhongfang County as the center,the construction of road forest network and water forest network as the main axis,the construction of grape and oil tea industry as the driving force,the construction of forest tourism and forest culture as the traction,and the construction of hundreds of villages and thousands of points forest system as the basis,we strive to realize the overall goal of ’landscape forest city,ecological Zhongfang County’,and construct the overall layout of urban forest of ’one core,one screen,two nets,two productions,and hundreds of villages and thousands of points’.(3)According to the weight results of forest city evaluation index in Zhongfang County,the key special planning of cultural science popularization sites,biodiversity protection,ecological identity construction,waterfrontgreening,channel greening,leisure and recreation green space construction,park green space area,ecological leisure tourism,tree species configuration and compulsory tree planting are carried out.Comprehensively improve the environmental quality,economic level and urban influence of Chinese counties.To provide scientific guidance for Zhongfang County forest city construction planning,also hope to provide reference and help for other forest city.
