Based on inter-external experiences of smart grid evaluation theory and method, the paper established evaluation system of regional transmission and distribution grid intelligence level including the evaluation index system, index weight method and evaluation model according to the actual situation of the development of power system in china.Thoroughly discussed the theory about smart grid's connotation, the characteristics, advanced and target decomposition, the paper clarified the necessity of evaluation of the development level of smart grid; Based on the index construction principle and demand analysis, the paper constructed the evaluation system of regional transmission and distribution grid intelligence level from 4 aspects which are grid technology and equipment intelligent level, grid operation scheduling intelligent level, power system security and reliability level, power grid efficiency and economic level, in addition, explained and limited the specific meaning of index; To avoid the disadvantages of existing comprehensive evaluation method, this paper established the evaluation model of regional transmission and distribution grid based on DEMATEL-ANP-Anti-entropy and grey correlation analysis method; Collecting relevant data of 4 municipal power companies' smart grid construction operation under the South Hebei Province power grid, the empirical research on the construction of the evaluation system verified evaluation system of regional transmission and distribution grid intelligence level has a better scientific and applicability. |
