Comprehensive Evaluation Of Post-support Effect Of Reservoir Resettlers Based On Improved Extension Model

In order to ensure the quality of life of reservoir migrants after relocation,the state has issued various assistance policies that combine "pre-compensation and post-support"to solve the problem of follow-up development of reservoir migrants,and has gradually established a later-stage support monitoring and evaluation mechanism.However,at the present stage,the evaluation of the later support effect of reservoir resettlement lacks the objectivity of the screening of the index system,and there are difficulties in the conversion of qualitative language and quantitative data,and it is difficult to quantitatively analyze the evaluation results.Therefore,how to choose a set of comprehensive,scientific,and reasonable evaluation indicators,and use objective evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the implementation effects of post-reservoir resettlement support is particularly important.Based on the survey data of the resettlement monitoring and evaluation of large and medium-sized reservoirs,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the evaluation of the effect of post-emigration support of reservoirs.First of all,using the sample villages and households of large and medium-sized reservoirs in Guangdong Province as the research objects,the candidate indicators are selected objectively through the multiple correlation coefficient-information sensitivity,which effectively solves the problem of eliminating repetitive information when screening indicators using principal component analysis The indicator’s inability to do anything,established a set of quantifiable and suitable for promotion evaluation index system for the later support effect,and used the K-means clustering method based on the data field to classify the indicators,in order to reasonably and objectively reflect the actual implementation of the later support policy The effect laid the theoretical foundation.Then,this paper constructs a deviation function based on the extension distance and closeness to describe the degree of deviation of the evaluation object from the evaluation set,establishes an improved extension model based on the deviation function,and solves the comprehensive correlation of the traditional extension evaluation model.The degree is not monotonous,and the use of the principle of maximum relevance leads to the loss of information and the problem of inaccurate evaluation results.The improved model is applied to an example of evaluation of the effect of post-reservoir resettlement support.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.indicating the effectiveness and reliability of the improved model,and the evaluation results provide a reference for the follow-up assistance work of the local government.
